Navigation

You will be presented with the following screen.

Click New to begin a production run you will then be presented with the display below.

Verify Today’s Production Date, enter Production ID, Shift, Line Code (SF = Saturated Felt, RL = Roofing Line), and then enter the Item Code you are making and the Base Material you are using.  The Production ID should change each time a shift or product is changed.  Click OK when complete.

If the production and shift data are acceptable click OK to begin scanning raw material rolls.

The green plus button will now be active.  To add a roll of raw material, click the green button to scan the roll.

As each roll is scanned you will see it populated in the Raw Material Lot ID section.

When the run is complete, enter the completed quantities of the production run.  For Saturated Felt the number of firsts and seconds should be in rolls, and for Shingles the production numbers should be in bundles.  Enter the run time and down time minutes and click OK.

At the end of every shift, the shift supervisor or superintendent is responsible for verifying the production and exporting the data to PeopleSoft.  See Export Production
