Down Grading or Rejecting an Exported Lots

 

When down grading a roll after the Lot Id was Exported the Webtech program  will adjust the current Lot Id. item to a zero quantity and send the adjustment  record to Peoplesoft's 'AT_INTFC_MG_ADJ' table.  Then the Webtech program will create a new record with the down graded item and send it to Peoplesoft's 'STAGED_INF_INV' table.

 

 

Note:  A line operator cannot down grade a roll after the label was printed.  Only an administrator or Personal with export permission can down grade a roll after the label was printed. Be sure to destroy the original label if a roll is down graded.
